Where the Water Meets the Yard
Waterfront & Shoreline
Seawalls, riprap, dock steps and lakeside living areas built to hold up against the water — on lakes across North Texas and the metroplex.
S&S Solutions builds and repairs shorelines across North Texas — limestone seawalls, riprap, steps down to the dock, and the living areas that sit right up against the water.
Waterfront work is its own animal. A wall that would stand for thirty years in a back yard can fail in three on a lake, because water moves, wakes hit, and the level comes up and goes back down every season. Getting it right means building for drainage and wave action from the start, not patching a wall that was never meant to be there.

Work on the Water
Limestone and block seawalls built with proper backfill and drainage, capped to shed water away from the wall instead of into it.
Graded stone set along the waterline to break up wave energy before it takes another foot of your yard. The practical fix for a shoreline that keeps retreating.
Flagstone and concrete steps down the bank to the dock, with landings and handrails where the grade calls for them.
Flagstone patios, fire pits and seat walls placed at the water instead of up by the house, where the view actually is.
Stone-bordered beach areas and ramp approaches that give you a clean way down to the water and hold their shape through a season of use.
Rebuilding banks that have already washed out — grading it back, stabilizing it, and putting something in place that won't wash out again.
Where We Work
Lakes across North Texas
Shoreline work travels further than our mowing routes do. We build on Lake Bridgeport, Lake Amon Carter, Eagle Mountain Lake, Possum Kingdom Lake, Lake Worth and Lake Lewisville, and plenty of smaller water across the metroplex.
If you're on the water anywhere in North Texas, it's worth a call.
